The 100W ATEX LED floodlight is designed for installation in industrial environments where there is a risk of explosion due to the presence of flammable gases or combustible dust. Engineered to illuminate medium-to-large ATEX zones, it complies with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, ensuring safe operation in zones classified as 1, 2, 21, and 22.
This model incorporates high-performance Lumileds 3030 LED chips and a Mean Well driver, delivering powerful, stable, and efficient lighting, even in demanding industrial conditions.
High luminous efficacy and industrial reliability
With a power output of 100W, this floodlight delivers a luminous flux of 11,000 lumens, ensuring broad, uniform illumination across large spaces. Its lifespan of up to 50,000 hours significantly reduces maintenance and replacement costs.
Designed for extreme conditions
The floodlight features an IP66 protection rating, making it dust- and water-resistant, as well as an IK10 impact resistance rating, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use in extreme conditions. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +40°C.
Its aluminum housing, featuring WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, ensures maximum durability in harsh industrial environments.
Installation and technical considerations
It includes an adjustable bracket allowing for installation on walls, ceilings, or masts, depending on project requirements.
The power cable is not included. A cable suitable for the specific ATEX atmosphere must be used; it requires a minimum diameter of 7 mm and must be compatible with the luminaire's cable gland. Recommended applications
